1. SHOP IDENTIFICATION

ALYQO is a brand through which design and decor products and other items developed and/or produced as part of its activity are sold.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ALYQO online shop, as well as the purchase of products made available through the website.
By placing an order through the shop, the customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
ALYQO reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed applies to that order.
3. PRODUCTS
ALYQO sells design and decor products, including items produced using additive manufacturing and 3D printing technology, as well as other products that may be added to the catalogue.
Each product will be presented with its essential characteristics, including, where applicable, dimensions, materials, available options, price and other relevant information.
The images shown on the website are intended to illustrate the products. There may be small differences in colour, texture or finish between the images shown and the physical product, in particular depending on the customer's screen, lighting and the characteristics of the production process.
4. ORDERS
The customer can place orders through the mechanisms made available in the online shop.
Before the purchase is completed, the customer will be shown the essential information on the product, price, delivery costs and other applicable conditions.
Placing an order does not affect the consumer's legal rights.
The order will be processed once payment has been confirmed, where applicable.
If, for exceptional reasons, an ordered product cannot be supplied, ALYQO will inform the customer and will refund any amounts paid for the unavailable product.
5. PRICES
All prices shown in the shop are in euros (€).
The applicable prices are those shown at the time the order is placed.
Delivery costs and any other applicable charges will be shown to the customer before the purchase is completed.
ALYQO reserves the right to change product prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. PAYMENTS
ALYQO will offer the payment methods shown during checkout.
Payment must be completed in accordance with the method chosen by the customer.
The order will be processed once payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise indicated.
7. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some products may be made specifically after the order is placed.
In these cases, the product may not be available in stock beforehand, and production may begin once the purchase has been confirmed.
The estimated production and/or delivery time will be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer before or after the order is placed, as applicable.
Small differences in finish resulting from the manufacturing process, provided they do not compromise the conformity, functionality or quality of the product, will not be considered defects.
8. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Where ALYQO offers products that can be personalised, the customer is responsible for correctly providing all the information needed for the personalisation.
Before placing the order, the customer should carefully check any names, texts, dates, measurements, colours or other information provided for personalisation.
ALYQO will not be responsible for errors resulting from information incorrectly provided or approved by the customer.
The rules on the right of withdrawal and the applicable legal exceptions for personalised products will be observed in accordance with the legislation in force.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance contracts, the consumer generally has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, without prejudice to the exceptions provided for in the applicable legislation.
The period and conditions for exercising this right will be presented to the consumer in accordance with the applicable Portuguese legislation.
There are situations provided for by law in which the right of withdrawal may not apply, in particular to certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the rights legally granted to consumers.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The conditions applicable to returns, exchanges and refunds are described in ALYQO's Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable Portuguese and European legislation.
11. DELIVERY
Orders will be sent to the destinations indicated in the shop at the time of purchase.
Delivery times and costs will be shown to the customer before the order is completed, whenever possible.
ALYQO will not be responsible for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond its control, without prejudice to the rights legally granted to the consumer.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available on the ALYQO website, including texts, images, logos, graphic elements, photographs, design and other materials, is protected by the applicable legislation.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of this content without prior authorisation is not permitted, except where legally permitted.
13. LIABILITY
ALYQO undertakes to provide clear and accurate information about the products it sells.
No provision of these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and ALYQO's Privacy Policy.
15. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a doubt, complaint or dispute relating to an order, the customer may contact ALYQO by email at alyqo@alyqo.com.
ALYQO will seek to resolve any matter raised by the customer quickly and appropriately.
The consumer retains the rights granted by the applicable Portuguese and European legislation, including the alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms that are legally applicable.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
