Shipping policy
ALYQO ships orders to Portugal, Spain, the other European Union countries (except Germany) and the United Kingdom. Shipments are made by CTT.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed.
The preparation time is, as a rule, 1 to 5 business days, but may vary depending on the product, availability and the nature of the order, in particular for personalised or made-to-order products. Where there is a specific production or preparation time, it will be shown on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.
Shipping costs and delivery times
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, according to the destination country and the weight of the parcel (products and packaging). The delivery times shown are those estimated by CTT, in business days, counted from the date the order is dispatched, and do not include preparation or production time.

Destination countries
We currently ship to: Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Sweden.
We do not currently ship to other destinations, including Germany. This list may be updated, and the applicable conditions will always be shown before the purchase is completed.
Deliveries outside Portugal
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, taxes, customs duties or other import charges set by the authorities of the destination country may apply. Where applicable, these charges are shown before the purchase is completed or are payable by the recipient, in accordance with the rules in force.
Delivery time
ALYQO is not responsible for delays resulting solely from circumstances beyond its control, including delays by transport services, strikes, adverse weather conditions or other cases of force majeure.
Without prejudice to any delivery times specifically agreed with the customer, orders will be delivered within the legally applicable time limit. In the European Union, where no other time limit has been agreed, delivery should generally take place within a maximum of 30 days.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing the order.
If the order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional re-delivery costs may apply.
Damaged orders
If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, we recommend that the customer reports the incident to the carrier and, whenever possible, photographs the packaging and the product before using it.
Any problem relating to the order should be reported to ALYQO by email at alyqo@alyqo.com, so that the situation can be assessed and resolved in accordance with the consumer's legal rights.
